1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "s9a9" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the s9a9 online gaming platform accessible at https://s9a9.cam and all associated services, features, and content operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the s9a9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the individual registered account held by a Player on the s9a9 platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" — the total value of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Funds" — money deposited directly by a Player via an approved payment method and held in the Player's Account available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required before a Player may make their first withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total wager amount a Player must place using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, lottery, customer support, and ancillary services offered through the s9a9 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which accessing the s9a9 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or s9a9 policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the s9a9 platform, clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, or by depositing funds and/or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any supplemental rules, game-specific rules, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

s9a9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavor to communicate material changes via email or an in-platform notification. The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://s9a9.cam/terms-conditions.

3. Eligibility

To register and use s9a9 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. s9a9 strictly prohibits access by minors. We perform age verification checks and reserve the right to request documentary proof at any time.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been legally declared incapacitated may not use the platform.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or m andatory self-exclusion order from s9a9 or any affiliated gaming platform.
5. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on the s9a9 platform. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
6. Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of s9a9 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of s9a9 Services, you are required to register a Player Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) at all times.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have promptly notified s9a9 of unauthorized access.
• s9a9 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to another party.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately at the contact address provided in Section 17.

s9a9 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any Real Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements being met.

5. KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming, s9a9 requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing their first withdrawal request, and at any other time s9a9 deems it appropriate to verify a Player's identity.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driving license).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your full name and residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account showing your name).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, particularly for high-value accounts, s9a9 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for gaming.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your s9a9 Account must be made using an approved payment method. s9a9 currently accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following rules apply to all deposits:

1. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
3. s9a9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which s9a9 bears no responsibility.
4. Deposits are typically credited to your s9a9 Account within 5 minutes during normal banking hours. Processing delays caused by third-party banking systems are outside s9a9's control.
5. s9a9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn, subject to standard withdrawal processing rules and KYC requirements.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Funds Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have passed KYC verification (see Section 5) prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. s9a9 does not permit withdrawal to a different bank account or e-wallet unless the original method is no longer available, in which case additional verification will be required.
3. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
4. s9a9 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing timelines.
5. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending fraud investigation, ongoing KYC review, or where s9a9 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.
6. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from any withdrawal request.
7. s9a9 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limit. Current limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

s9a9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they can be converted to Real Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Full contribution tables are provided per promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered through before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of wagering bonus funds. This cap is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, utilizing hedging strategies, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• s9a9 Discretion: s9a9 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already activated a qualifying bonus will have their rights under that bonus honored.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

s9a9 offers a wide range of gaming and betting products including sports betting (including football/bandar bola, Asian handicap/voor bola (literally "head start" in Indonesian betting parlance), accumulator/mix parlay bets), lottery/togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino games, slots, and cockfighting/sabung ayam markets. The following general rules apply across all products:

1. All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. s9a9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
2. In the event of a system error, communication failure, or technical malfunction that results in a bet being placed at incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions, s9a9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
3. s9a9 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of price manipulation, inside information, match-fixing, or any other form of corruption affecting the outcome of the event.
4. Odds, prices, and markets are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
5. Disputes relating to the outcome of any game or sporting event will be resolved by reference to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, FIFA, BWF for badminton events), and s9a9's decision on the application of those results shall be final.
6. For togel products, official draw results are published promptly at the stated draw times (based on WIB — Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) and are final.
7. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

10. Responsible Gaming

s9a9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to contact our 24/7 support team for assistance. Gaming should always be entertainment — never a means to solve financial problems. s9a9 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will cooperate with verified requests for mandatory exclusion.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s9a9 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund an account.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software tool to place bets, farm bonuses, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them to s9a9 promptly.
• Any attempt to hack, probe, or compromise the s9a9 platform, its servers, databases, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing s9a9 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the s9a9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of s9a9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any content on the s9a9 platform without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s9a9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the s9a9 platform, even if s9a9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

s9a9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

s9a9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass or complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's bank or payment provider.
• Discovery that a Player was ineligible at the time of registration (e.g., under 21 years of age).
• A Player's voluntary request to close their account or activate a self-exclusion period.

Upon account closure for a breach of Terms, any Real Funds balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at s9a9's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, chargebacks, or prohibited conduct. Where closure is not due to a Player breach, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned within a reasonable period via the original payment method.

15. Amendments to These Terms

s9a9 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, s9a9 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice — for example, via email to the address registered on your account or via a notice displayed on the platform upon your next login.

Your continued use of the s9a9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 14.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of s9a9's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in s9a9's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents s9a9 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the platform or to protect its intellectual property rights.

Players agree that any claim or cause of action arising from the use of the s9a9 platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
